Tender C426 - Buildings Maintenance & Above Ground Minor Works   

 

NIW is seeking to award a contract to ONE (1) contractor in each of the two main geographical areas of North West and South East, to provide contract services in the below areas:

• Joinery.
• Plumbing.
• Building Works.
• Electrics.
• Metalwork and Fabrication.
• Miscellaneous site works.

Tender C441 - Provision of Grounds Maintenance

 

Northern Ireland Water seeks tenders from suppliers who can provide grounds maintenance (including weed control) at all Northern Ireland Water sites across Northern Ireland.
The majority of the work will be carried out, in and around waste water treatment works, water supply sites, impounding reservoirs, service reservoirs, pumping stations, Local Offices etc., however, any site(s) can be incorporated into this contract at any time during the contract period and the area rate will apply. These sites will be both manned and unmanned.
