To make paying your bill easier, we offer a range of payment methods to suit your needs.

We have introduced online payments that will allow you to easily manage your account anytime, any place!   Online payments are a secure and convenient way of paying your water bills by direct debit or by credit/debit card. To register for this service just call 0845 8770030 and we can send you your logon details to your existing billing address.

Once registered you can get access to a range of online services:

• view account history, including bill images
• make a payment using debit & credit cards
• submit an application for direct debit
• enter meter readings
• register a change of address
• register for special bill formats
• maintain your contact details, such as email and telephone numbers
