Record Request Applications – Temporary Suspension of some Services (updated February 2022)

Northern Ireland Water has 10 working days to process applications for record request maps and applications are strictly processed in the order in which we receive them.

Due to unprecedented demands on this service, we have taken the decision to temporally suspend the following services:

• Same day requests;
• Next day requests &
• 48 hour requests.

Applicants are requested to ensure that they submit their applications as early as possible to allow us sufficient time to process them and to ensure that application forms are current, properly completed, a site location map is provided and the correct fee submitted with the application.

• Record Requests (A4)                   £16.00 +VAT = £19.20
• Record Requests (A3)                   £18.00 +VAT = £21.60
• Record Requests (A0/A1)            £30.00 + VAT = £36.00
• Additional printed copies            £4.50 +VAT = £5.40

We anticipate normal service will resume on 1 April 2022 and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
