Leak Allowance Application Form

Before You Complete This Form

To help us process your application efficiently, please ensure you have the following ready:

1. Leak Repairs
All leaks on private pipework must be located and fully repaired before submitting this form.

2. Meter Readings
Take two readings from your water meter at least one week apart, after all repairs have been completed. We only require the black dials on your meter, the red dials can be ignored. This will help us confirm that your consumption has returned to expected levels. The location of your meter is described on the second page of your bill at the top right.

3. Hand-Drawn Diagram
Sketch the layout of your pipework on a blank page or notepad, showing:
o Pipework layout and direction of the flow of water
o Location of the leak
o Water meter
o All domestic and non-domestic elements on the supply clearly labelled

Then take a photo of the sketch to upload it with your application. (An example diagram is included on the form for reference).

4. Contact Details
