Completion Of Craig Park Bushmills

NI Water is pleased to announce the successful completion of a major £2m Water Infrastructure Improvement Scheme in the Bushmills area. This important investment for the area involved laying a larger diameter pipeline from Craig Park Service Reservoir to a connection point at the junction of the Cozies Road and Cabragh Road, totalling 3.8km. This will benefit customers in Bushmills and the surrounding area, futureproofing the water supply and reducing the number of bursts, which could potentially cause disruption.

Anna Delargy, NI Water Project Manager said:

“I am delighted to announce the completion of this major Water Infrastructure Improvement Scheme. The new main will provide an essential water supply system and ensure the security of supply and ongoing provision of high-quality drinking water to our customers in Bushmills and the surrounding area.

“I would like to thank our wider NI Water project team, including contractor Farrans-Glanua JV, WSP, and the wider community for their continued support and co-operation as we worked to complete this essential scheme which will help safeguard the local drinking water supply for generations to come.”
