Paul Harper was appointed as Director of Asset Delivery on 1 January 2017. 14 The value of all pension related benefits are assessed over the period from 1 January 2017, the date on which he was appointed as a Director, to 31 March 2017. 15 Alistair Jinks was appointed to the Executive Committee on 1 April 2017. 16 £100k - £105k on a full year equivalent basis. Rose Kelly was appointed to the Executive Committee on 1 January 2018. 17 The value of all pension related benefits are assessed over the period from 1 January 2018, the date on which she was appointed to the Executive Committee, to 31 March 2018. 18 £95k - £100k on a full year equivalent basis. Bill Gowdy, OBE ceased to be a member of the Executive Committee on 7 April 2017. 19 The value of all pension related benefits are assessed over the period from 1 April 2017 to 7 April 2017, the date on which he ceased to be a member of the Executive Committee. 20 £85k - £90k on a full year equivalent basis. Martin McIlwaine ceased to be Interim Director of Asset Management on 14 January 2017. 21 The value of all pension related benefits are assessed over the period from 1 April 2016 to 14 January 2017, the date on which he ceased to be a member of the Executive Committee.
