Sewer Improvement Work Gets Underway On Dundrum Road, Newscastle

14 April 2010 8:53

Northern Ireland Water (NI Water) is scheduled to commence essential improvement work on the sewerage infrastructure in the Dundrum Road area of Newcastle. The work, which represents an investment of almost £1 million by NI Water, will commence on Monday 26 April 2010 and is due to be completed in June 2010.

This essential work will reduce the risk of out of sewer flooding, improve river water quality, and improve the sewerage system to meet future growth and demand in the area.

NI Water would like to assure the public that everything will be done to minimise disruption while this essential work is completed. Queries should be directed to our customer relations centre via Waterline on 08457 440088.
