Infrastructure Maintenance scheme to get underway at Craigavon Bridge

NI Water is scheduled to commence essential maintenance work on the water main located on the lower deck of the Craigavon Bridge in Londonderry. This work is scheduled to commence on Wednesday 16th February until Friday 11th March.

Unfortunately due to the nature of this work, it will be necessary to close the lower deck of the Craigavon Bridge to motorists and pedestrians overnight for the duration of the work. The lower deck of the bridge will be closed at the junctions with Foyle Road, Victoria Road, and Duke Street. Diversionary routes will be signposted for motorists and pedestrians.

The road closure times for the lower deck junctions are as follows:

Monday-Wednesday: 7.30pm-6.30am,

Thursday: 9.00pm-6.30am

Friday: 9.00pm-12.00pm

Saturday: 6.30pm-12.00pm

Sunday: 6.30pm-6.30am
