Watermain Improvement Project: Survey to be Conducted by WSP

14 May 2018 12:10

WSP is conducting a water quality survey as part of our Water Main Improvement Project which identifies future water main improvement schemes. The survey will be completed during normal working hours on weekdays between 21st May and 8th June 2018.

We have randomly selected a number of houses/businesses that are in a suitable location for collecting samples of water. Customers selected for the sampling work will have recently received a letter in the post. A surveyor from WSP may call with you during this survey. If they do, we would be grateful if you could let them take a sample of water from your kitchen tap. Please note that they do not need to go to any other parts of your house/business and will not need to make a return visit.

WSP staff conducting this survey will be Chris Berry, James Martin, Jack Flynn, Niamh Grealis, Gee Tsang, Matthew McKenna or Michael McCallion.  They will carry visible identity cards and will also have an official letter from NI Water.

With thanks for your co-operation.

Yours faithfully,

Des Nevin
