Water Warriors from Portadown College

As we start into a new school term, it is important to remember just how much drinking water every day can benefits us. Taking on this advice are pupils from Portadown College who recently completed an expedition to Wicklow and used their NI Water reusable bottles to keep them hydrated along the way.

Water helps to reduce the risk of tiredness, improves brain function and improves memory. It also helps with healthy skin, bones, hair and nails as well as providing extra energy.

On average, we should try to drink around 6 - 8 glasses of water or fluid every day. NI Water aims to raise awareness in the value of drinking high quality tap water from a reusable bottle to reduce plastic pollution.
