NI Water was awarded Excellence In the Development of Management and Leadership at the highly coveted Belfast Telegraph Business Awards, which were held in The Crown Plaza Hotel in Belfast on Thursday 1st May 2025.

This award celebrates the sustained commitment to developing excellence through leadership and management across all areas of an organisation. It also recognises the strategic focus NI Water has placed on people development and skills acquisition in achieving the organisational objectives.
