The purpose of the Plan is to provide the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation (NIAUR) with the information it needs to set levels of domestic subsidies and non domestic customer charges for the period 2010 t0 2013. The attached is the public summary of the PC10 Business Plan.
