NI Water Changes to 0345 Telephone Numbers

The customer service numbers will now be:

• Waterline                           0345 7440088
• Billing Line                         0345 8770030
• Debt Line                           0345 8770050
• Developer Services             0345 8770002

If customers phone the old 0845 number, they will hear the following message:

‘You have dialled a number beginning zero eight.  Please re-dial the same number but replace the leading zero eight with zero three. BT has not charged you for this call’

This change has been prompted by OFCOM changes affecting 0845 numbers.  The new 0345 numbers are classed as geographic numbers and are treated the same as local or national numbers beginning with zero two.
