Sewer Improvement Work Gets Underway – Main Street, Kinawley

09 November 2015 16:27

NI Water will commence essential Sewer Improvement Work on the Main Street in Kinawley, County Fermanagh to improve and upgrade the sewerage infrastructure in the village. It is anticipated that the work will get underway on Monday 16th November and will continue for approximately two weeks.

The work will involve extending the sewer on the Main Street, Kinawley and will be completed using environmentally-friendly trenchless techniques, which will mean that the work is completed without the need to dig large excavations, therefore reducing disruption in the local area. Two-way traffic will remain in place throughout this programme of work under a traffic-light system.

NI Water have been liaising with local elected representatives and the local community and would like to thank the public for their continued patience and cooperation while we complete this essential improvement work. Signage will be in place and we will do everything possible to reduce disruption in the village.

Meridian Utilities is the contractor for this programme of work and NI Water’s customer relations team can be contacted via Waterline on 03457 440088.
