Paddy Cassidy is Interim Director of Finance & Regulation at NI Water. He is responsible for finance, treasury, taxation, economic regulation, business planning, performance management and financial governance across the organisation. A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, Paddy has over 20 years' experience in financial leadership and has held a number of senior finance roles within NI Water since joining the company in 2009. As a member of the Executive Committee, he provides strategic financial leadership and assurance to the Board, supports major investment and funding decisions, and leads engagement with government departments, regulators, auditors, and key stakeholders.
