As the Director of Customer & Operations, Stephanie is responsible for water and wastewater services together with all aspects of customer service delivery. Stephanie joined Water Service in 1996, is a chartered member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and has held a number of senior positions in NI Water across Engineering, Business Improvement and Customer & Operations.
