Rose has an extensive and varied background in HR, people development, corporate social responsibility and business; she is a graduate from Queen’s University Belfast. Rose previously worked in the technology sector where she was Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer. Rose has led a range of innovative people and management strategies and is well placed to help us bring an even greater focus on our people and teams - helping all colleagues develop and flourish.
